Dr. Francis Cheng received his Bachelor of Science from the University of California Irvine and Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Upon graduation, he was appointed as a lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Optometry where he taught aspiring optometrists. He moved to Canada after a few years and started practicing in Richmond since 1994. Dr. Francis Cheng has been seeing patients of all ages in the community and was voted as one of the best eye doctors in Richmond from the Richmond News in 2016 and 2022.
